Great Experience!!! I went to Herb Chambers Jeep Dodge Ram looking for a vehicle knowing I wanted a Jeep . I arrived shortly after open and I was greeted By Brett the sal I went to Herb Chambers Jeep Dodge Ram looking for a vehicle knowing I wanted a Jeep . I arrived shortly after open and I was greeted By Brett the salesman I told him what I was looking for and numbers I was looking to spend. After him speaking with the sales manager the told me what they had. He was very helpful, nice, easy to talk to and although I don't remember everyone's name that I spoke with that day from Brett the salesman to the finance guy Steve and everyone was so nice, knowledgable, helpful and I am very pleased with my vehicle a 2015 Jeep Patroit White. They had my registration the next day and I was able to stop by and get a sticker with fast priority service from the service department. There was a small problem with the second Key but I was kept up to date and Brett called when he said he would and I was issued another one like promised. I am so happy with my vehicle, the friendly people I encountered that day in sales and everyone else that I have spoken to at the dealership!! Thank you so much!!!! Excellent car buying experience I was recently looking at a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland (a dealer in West Spfld) but I was told that I would be able to get a 2015 Limited for I was recently looking at a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland (a dealer in West Spfld) but I was told that I would be able to get a 2015 Limited for the same price or cheaper because there was no room to negotiate on the leftovers and they didn't qualify for any rebates or incentives. They actually didn't call me back or even try to sell me something else. I went to look at a 2015 (1hour away) at Herb Chambers; they didn't have one that I liked and asked me if there was something on the lot that I liked, they also had a 2014 Overland, THEY were able to negotiate and I bought it! We dealt with Michael Jenks and Mike Nicoletti. It was a great car buying experience, I would definitely go there again. More

Not to be trusted My first visit to this dealership was to test drive a specific new Ram truck they had in stock. I communicated w/ the internet sales rep to ensure th My first visit to this dealership was to test drive a specific new Ram truck they had in stock. I communicated w/ the internet sales rep to ensure the vehicle was available . . . but when I arrived the salesperson told me the truck "had just been sold". Really!?!? After leaving, disappointed, I inquired further and was told that the truck was actually still available! I decided to return because they assured me that they could/would transfer a vehicle from other dealerships. I identified a truck available at another dealership & confirmed with them that they would be able to transfer it, made an appointment to meet w/ the salesperson to make the deal, but when I arrived this time I was told that they don't deal with the dealership that had that vehicle and they'd help me find another -- which they couldn't! So . . . two wasted trips! I spent several weeks researching vehicles and knew exactly what I wanted in a Ram truck. This dealership pulls all of the tricks to bait you and then pulls the switch! Shop elsewhere! More
