Don't trust this dealership! I had issues with service every time I went there. Four visits and four failures by them. Service department is very unorganized. I live about 40 miles away so I wait for my truck appointments. Supposed to have parts but inventory wrong, have to leave it or come back. Cannot do the job because the ONLY person with Chrysler password has left early, had to bring truck back a day after recall was done because the tech did not plug the airbag system back in after inspection and all the failure lights came on. The last time I left the truck overnight they did give me a loaner but damage was done to my truck bed cover ang I got numerous stories (not true) from the service manager trying to deny responsibility for it. So once they got my 40,000. They don't give a sh.t More
Transmition work done twice in 10 months I had a transmission problem that was covered under warranty, dealership did a quick fix that left me without a truck for two week and out of work als I had a transmission problem that was covered under warranty, dealership did a quick fix that left me without a truck for two week and out of work also, truck used for my business. 10 months later transmission broke again,only this time I'm out of warranty. Should of been fixed right the first time wile under warranty. Out of work this time for 3 weeks. Cost me $5200.00 to get my truck back. Would not ever buy a dodge again. Would not recommend this dealership. More
A Clownshow My experience with this dealer was a clown show to say the least. The day after Christmas I visited this dealership to purchase a Dodge Charger SE AWD My experience with this dealer was a clown show to say the least. The day after Christmas I visited this dealership to purchase a Dodge Charger SE AWD (jazz blue pearlcoat). I arrived around 11am, and was the only customer in the showroom at that time. A young, well dressed salesman named Vinnie Johns worked with me. He told me that he was "new" and would help me in any way that he could. I specifically told him that I was looking for an SE Charger, and he told me that the "base" trim is SXT (which is false). I showed him a SE Charger listed on another dealer's website on my phone and he gave me the deer in headlights look. Strike #1. We then proceeded to the lot to look at inventory. Despite me telling him again of the specific car that I wanted, he showed me cars that were $7,000- $10,000 outside my price range, with leather seats (that I didn't want). Once inside we made some small talk while one of the managers was crunching numbers. Vinnie told me that Fiat owns Chrysler, and that Fiat builds bad cars (No joke). I took that comment as admitting to a customer that you sell overpriced crap cars. Never in my life ( and I've bought many cars) have I heard of a salesman say that about cars they sell. Strike #2. If the clown show couldn't have gotten worse, they were only going to give me $18,000 for my trade (a mint condition Accord with a little over 2,500 miles on it), and the payment grid they offered me was based on a $38,000 car (a Granite SXT ) that I didn't want, and the monthly payments were laughable ( approaching $800 per month). They also wanted me to put down $5,600 as a down payment ( for the bank to consider the loan, because of the negative equity in my trade), and Vinnie said there's no guarantee that even with that money down you'll "be where you wanna be" in terms of payments. They didn't seem to care, and they didn't bother doing a payment grid for the car in the SE trim that I wanted (which sells for $8,000 less-an SE AWD goes for around $29,000). In the end, I walked out with no deal. A couple of weeks ago I emailed Vinnie ( after receiving an email from sales manager Mike Nicoletti about President's Day month deals), and didn't hear back. Not sure if he's ignoring me, or if he works there anymore. That was strike #3. I ended up purchasing a new car recently (but it wasn't a Dodge, and it certainly wasn't from Herb Chambers Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram in Millbury). The dealer I went to (and purchased from), got me financed with my negative equity, and put me into the vehicle in the trim, color and budget that I wanted. I don't recommend Herb Chambers in Millbury to anyone looking to purchase a new, or used vehicle. More
A blessing We have been happily leasing vehicles for the last 12 years with Herb Chambers. With our lease expiring soon we decided to buy a used Jeep. My husband stopped by the dealership several weeks ago and met David Lachina. His gentle yet friendly, knowledgable and helpfulness facilitated this process and we are now the proud owner of a vehicle that met more than our expectations for a used vehicle. Working with David made this process so easy with our very full lives.. Some of the most honest and decent people you will find anywhere. Melonie gave me all of the information I needed to make my decision, a process that was much easier than it was with other dealers. Chris Rodgers handled the sale. A true gentleman. Absolutely no BS. I believe that he truly wanted what was best for us. During the day of delivery, Chris communicated with me frequently, updating me every step of the way. He then took a great deal of time making sure we understood all of the vehicle systems. Steve, the Finance Manager made that part quick and painless. The entire purchase experience was pleasant. This is how the vehicle buying process should be. I feel as a newer associate, he was very approachable, knew his facts on the vehicles we were looking at, and provided great customer service and follow up. Pat in finance was also great. Got out of the dealership with a new wrangler for what I feel was a great price. I used the true car app, and I got my vehicle for a little under what they were selling for. I'm definitely happy with my purchase. More

I felt I was being treated openly, honestly and fairly, all the way down to the value for my trade. This is the opposite of how I usually feel after attempting to buy a new vehicle. The sales manager, Lou, was also very helpful especially when it came to financing options. The finance manager, Patrick, was also very nice to me. I think that employees' behavior at any company and the way they treat their customers starts at the top. So hats off to the General Manager of the Millbury dealership and to Mr. Herb Chambers for their efforts. Jobs well done. I would like to say to the manufacturer that the price of Ram pick-up trucks have increased dramatically. I would be very surprised if the cost to manufacture the Ram trucks have grown at the same ratio as the sale prices, especially when my truck was manufactured and assembled in Mexico. More
Easiest car buying experience I have had some bad experiences with dealers before, but this place was different. I checked to see if the car I saw online was there and it was. Upon arriving I met the friendly and knowledgeable salesman, David. He provided excellent service and was very patient. He retrieved the correct car and we went for a very comfortable test drive where I was able to check and test out everything I wanted to. Ultimately the deal was made and I finally felt like I wasn't being robbed by the dealership. I would definitely recommend this dealership and the salesman to my friends. More

Being in sales, I was really interested in just getting a I visited Herb Chambers Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram of Millbury on the 20th of Novemeber. Being in sales, I was really interested in just getting a good deal with little to no effort. The purchase was for a 2015 Ram Procity for my fathers company. I am familiar with Herb Chambers and trusted that they would make the process easy and that they would take great care of me. I have to say that I am blown away! From the second I walked in and Met the Sales Manager Lou, who then introduced me to our product specialist Eric, to the very end of the process, my expectations have been far exceeded. Everything was full disclosure and I didn't catch even a second of them playing any games or trying to one up us. When it came to financing, our business manager, Pat, made it super easy as well. He got us a phenomenal rate and made sure that we we understood what everything meant. It's extremely tough now a days to find a dealership that truly listens and cares about what the customer wants and needs.
