Worst Service EVER BEWARE - Brought my vehicle in for repairs because it wouldn't get out of first gear. Told them to make sure to test drive the car before I pick it up BEWARE - Brought my vehicle in for repairs because it wouldn't get out of first gear. Told them to make sure to test drive the car before I pick it up. I received a call telling me everything was fixed and to get the car. At pickup I asked repeatedly if they test drove the car. Yes, was the answer multiple times. So after I paid over $500 I got in my car and of course, it wouldn't get out of first gear. When I went back inside I was told they were closing so they'd look at it tomorrow. The next day I get a call telling me the car can't be repaired and I'll have to scour the country looking in junk yards for an entire electrical wiring system. I was told to remove my car from the lot or they will charge me $35 a day. I PAID OVER $500 FOR REPAIRS THAT NEVER HAPPENED. I WAS REFUSED A REFUND. I had my car towed to Fuller Automotive in Auburn. They fixed the car in one day for under $250. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE CENTER. More

Waste of time If I could give zero stars I would. I called this dealership last Thursday at 10am and spoke to Melissa. I told her I was interested in a specific use If I could give zero stars I would. I called this dealership last Thursday at 10am and spoke to Melissa. I told her I was interested in a specific used vehicle and asked if she could check the availability before I drove 2 hours to get there. She called back, said she still had the truck available and we made an appt for that afternoon. When I showed up, nobody offered us help until we asked a salesman. He got our file and said he would pull the truck up. He disappeared and then came back out to the sales floor and was whispering in the corner with 3 other sales associates. I asked what was going on and they said the truck wasn’t available. They said it should have been taken off the website days ago. This dealership doesn’t value your time. Melissa clearly can’t decipher the difference between a Ram Sport and a Ram Express. Before we left, another sales associate started arguing with me telling me that my truck couldn’t possibly be registered because I don’t hold the title. He couldn’t comprehend that you can still register a vehicle in NH even if it’s financed. This dealership is a joke. I have never been so frustrated after being at a dealership for an hour. If you’re thinking about buying a vehicle from this dealership, think again. More

She immediately made us feel comfortable, offered coffee, then proceeded to discuss the car we were interested in purchasing. What impressed me was the amount of knowledge she had and the way said information was delivered. Allison answered any and all questions which we had as if she personally owned said vehicle and knew all of its ins and outs. All questions being answered to our satisfaction, we advised Allison we wanted to purchase Now, at which point she got up and got the final figures we needed. Cost was presented to us with an explanation of what we would need in order for them to register it for us in detail with a warm and friendly attitude. we decided then and there to purchase. We picked up our new car the following day!. More
