There was no pushing or driving me to get more or better just what I had asked for which was a pleasant surprize. The finanacing dept. gave me all of the options and explained them to me so i could understand everything that was being offered. At the end they offered me a warranty that is the best I have everd herd of 150,000 mile bumper to bumper for a great price, on top of the reg. warrany. The staff there also catertered to all of my needs and questions getting the vehicle ready for me. routine maintenance and asked for diagnosis on concerns with I requested an extensive evaluation of my brakes and tires as i sensed there may be some concern or the beginning of a problem. the tech thoroughly I requested an extensive evaluation of my brakes and tires as i sensed there may be some concern or the beginning of a problem. the tech thoroughly inspected and test drove the vehicle and understood what i was sensing as a potential problem. after evaluation i was given a complete and easy to understand explanation with corrective steps that would need to be taken but was assured it could wait until i can get the vehicle back in to the service center when my son brings it back from college. it would have been easy to take advantage of the situation and request all the work to be done right then even though they knew i was pressed for time going into the holiday. Even better was the ability for the tech to inform me of the great deal on tires you have running an assured me i would be able to take advantage of the offer in a few weeks.
