The work performed by the mechanics is always done right and is completed in a timely manner. The Service Manager is Charlie who is a true professional and a true gentleman. Brett is also great and is very knowledgeable. I have never confronted Charlie or Brett with a mechanical problem they could not solve and I will continue to be loyal to Herb Chambers as long as Charlie and Brett continue to work there. They really go above and beyond to interact with the customers and keep people happy. The other employees in the Service Department \ Customer Service, including Trevor, do a great job too. I can not speak for the Sales Department. I have no experience with them. More

Horrible experience I have purchased a preowned vehicle from this dealership. They stated a lot of parts has been replaced include brakes. Honestly i trusted them because its an authorised dealer and they can't lie. In a few month i went for service in Connecticut to another Dodge dealer. They found i had a wrong size rotors. I had to replace them immediately. I was trying to get reimbursement for last 2 month. The first thing - they never call you back because they don't care about you. Sale has been made. Thats all they need. Customer service is awful. I will never go there again or recommend this place to anyone. What a shame! More
