Steve was professional and friendly. He had the truck I was interested in up front and ready to go when I got there. I felt no pressure to buy it or to be upsold a higher model. Finance manager suggested and pitched an extended warranty but moved on quickly once I said I wasn’t interested. Not pushy at all. I drove away in my new truck in under 3 hours start to finish. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase and experience with Steven and Herb Chambers.
