So i came monday morning and completed paying for the vehicle by 3pm that day. Told Nick i was selling my vehicle that day and i will pick up the car over the weekend. During the purchasing process 1. re vehicle by 3pm that day. Told Nick i was selling my vehicle that day and i will pick up the car over the weekend. During the purchasing process 1. recalls was a concern 2.during drive car pulled to right, alignment? bc of new tires? 3.rims needed to be fixed. Was told theyll take care of it.. Found out wheels will b fixed friday. Ok no problem im picking up on weekend. thursday comes around no news, so i messaged Nick asking for an update.. he said "everything is going well wheel guy will be here tomorrow," so i followed up wth what about car registration,recalls and alignment? no response for 12+hrs. Next issue is registering the car, didnt fax over the docs until 9am friday, Agent calls me and informs about the docs and they stamped and sent back at 10:16am. 1:36pm Nick messaage he just got the fax...No other updates Saturday @12:19 i messaged him about the vehicle, car is registered but no inspection sticker, he said itll be done later today, come pick it up later today. told him ill come tomorrow(sunday)bc saturday is moneymaking day for dealership. Saturday3pm he message and says sticker bay has been down.. told him just have the car ready for sunday at 10am. he responds with we dont open until 11, asked him to come in earlier 10-1030, would NOT do. told me to come before 6 or after 11 bc he doesnt take responsibility for anything that happens if he doesnt give me the key.. alright understand come in 5pm saturday, NO SALES CUSTOMER INSIGHT.. how have you been busy all week/day to not address any of my issues and get vehicle registered and have time to get inspection sticker? on the way home the car was still pulling to the right... They didnt even do an alignment like they said they would. More

Hands down, best car buying experience I’ve ever experienced. From online inquiry which received a response immediately (I wish I remembered her name,, she was lovely and set me up with an immedia experienced.
