The warranty work performed on paint for my Wrangler was according to expectations. Additional service maintenance on fluids was done at the same time. The loaner provided was above expectations, a brand ne according to expectations. Additional service maintenance on fluids was done at the same time. The initial purchase of my new car went perfect, but unfortunately the car itself had an issue within the first day. The folks at Herb Chambers IMMEDIATELY picked up the car, got me settled with a nice rental, and went to work on figuring out what happened. Through no fault of these amazing people, the car couldn't be fixed for about a month, but they maintained their patience with my daily calls and ensured I knew this was a priority for them. I couldn't be happier with this team and cannot recommend them enough. More
