My wife brought her Jeep in for an oil change and tire rotation today 04/26/24. After waiting for 2 hours she went to the desk to ask about her car. The advisor was playing on their phone and she had to g rotation today 04/26/24. After waiting for 2 hours she went to the desk to ask about her car. The advisor was playing on their phone and she had to get their attention. When she asked if everything was ok with her car he looked around, found her keys and said your keys are right here and then proceeded to write up her paperwork. She was never given an MPI or told if they even did an inspection during the service. I have to wonder how long her keys were just laying there, what quality of service was done and how much time of hers was waisted due to them being otherwise occupied. More
