I am pretty particular about what I like to drive when it comes to a pick up truck. I was in the market to replace my 176,000 mile Ford with a "new-used" truck and was making the rounds to the various lots comes to a pick up truck. I was in the market to replace my 176,000 mile Ford with a "new-used" truck and was making the rounds to the various lots when I met Andy (this was his second week on the job). We discussed what I was looking for, and during our talk I found Andrew to be courteous, knowledgable (in not only what he represented but in other makes and models as well), and most importantly, seemingly truly interested in finding the truck that was right for me. He was right up front in telling me that he only had a couple of vehicles that might fit some of my requirements, so rather than wasting my time he would get back to me if something came up. Over the next week he called me several times to let me know he was still looking, and on New Years Eve day left me a message that he found the truck he thought would be perfect for me. I only had New Years Day off so he offered to come in on his day off to show me the truck and I was instantly sold. I even got a pretty good deal. I have bought many vehicles over the years and this is the first time a salesman has put no effort in trying to shoehorn me into something that wasn't right for me and 100% effort in making sure what he showed me matched what I was looking for. In fact, he told me that when he took the truck in trade he told the previous owner that he knew just the right person to show the truck to. When I told him I was very happy with his effort and the end result he replied: "You're spending $30,000 for a truck and it's only right that I spend the time making sure it's the right truck.". If you're in the market for a new vehicle I highly recommend you ask for Andy. If he can't find what you're looking for it doesn't exist. More

I came in just to look at the new Jeep Cherokee and was greeted by Andrew. He first informed he was new to the industry. He sat me down and asked of the vehicle and how I wanted it equipped. He showed us one and I liked the Jeep but not the color. He found the color the features I wanted. He knows a lot of the features and how they work. He then let us take the vehicle for an extend test drive and when we returned I signed and had my new Jeep. I was offered an excellent trade in for my current car. It was the easiest car buying I have ever had. I will definitely purchase another vehicle from him again. I have also told family of how easy it was. Total time took about four hours. The next day after purchase Andrew called to make sure I was enjoying my Jeep and to tell me my registration was in and to set up a time for inspection. Stopped in at Herb Chamber not only did they give me what I paid for my rangler in 2007..they also dropped spend. First shopped at Harr...not bad.
