They went out of their way to assist me, offered me a great deal, well below Kelly Blue Book, and went above and beyond the call of duty with their service. Even during a network outage, the finance manager personally called their key financial institutions to find the best deal for me, which turned out to be below the original estimate. The vehicle was exceptionally clean, even by my standards, and I was provided its entire history even before I went to look at it. I would absolutely do business with Herb Chambers in Millbury again. I have shopped for cars many times and usually feel as though walking into a dealer is going to be nothing but a hastle. A few weeks ago I traded my 2002 Jeep liberty in for a brand new 2010 Jeep Liberty though walking into a dealer is going to be nothing but a hastle. A few weeks ago I traded my 2002 Jeep liberty in for a brand new 2010 Jeep Liberty Sport. I knew exactly what I wanted but usually walk out of a dealership if I feel pressured or if the sales team is unable to meet my expectations. On this Friday morning I walked in and met Jeff, a memeber of the Millbury Herb Chambers Sales team. I was very up front with him as to what I was looking for and how I wanted to go about buying a car. To my surprise he was a very sharp young man who listened, communicated and went above and beyond to accomodate my requests. I was leaving for Florida the next day and had to purchase the Jeep and walk away with a car that same day. To my surprise, Jeff made that happen. After test driving the 2010 jeep liberty I was sold, but was not very happy with my limitted color choices. I was prepared to settle for a siver Jeep but Jeff new I really was set on Red. Jeff made that happen as well. He came over and informed me that he was going to get a red jeep for me and that I would still be able to drive away with my new car that day. Jeff was very informative, pleasant and made my experience one of the best I have had. I would recommend Herb Chambers of Millbury very highly to anyone who is looking to purcahse a vehicle. More

He was very kind and knowledgable regarding the Wrangler. He wasn't at all pushy like most salesman. He made a comment "I'm not here to make money, I'm here to get you into the car you want." And he did just that! He was very kind and took the time to make sure I was very familiar with all the options in my Jeep!! I then met Jeff the Sales Manager, very personable and represents the dealership and Herb Chambers in such a humble way! He worked with me on my trade and on the new vehicle in a way where I felt as though I was getting the best for my trade! Last but not least, I met Steve the Business Manager! Anyone who has boughten a new/used vehicle can anticipate the excessive charges that come into play when entering that office. But my experience with Steve was fantastic. He kept me right where I wanted to be monthly and got me the best interest while offering the extras that I needed for my Jeep! Over all, I've purchased many cars from multiple dealearships on cars from Honda to Acuras to Mercedes...and I must say that this is my first American made car and the absolute BEST service from a dealership! If you are looking to get the most for your money and be treated as "one of their own" I highly recommend this delearship. He said to me "I'm not here to make money, I'm here to get you into the car you want!" And he did just that. He also took the time to explain the Wrangler to me, and help me set up my bluetooth and show me how to download my music!! Then I met Jeff the sales manager. He represents the the Jeep brand and Herb Chambers in a very honest, personable and humbling way. He made the deal happen and gave me what I was looking for on my trade! I then met Steve the business manager. Those of you have boughten a new/used car know how walking into that office can be stressful and exciting. Steve was fantastic! He kept me right where I wanted to be monthly and gave me a great interest rate while giving me the extras that pertained truely to my needs!! Overall, this was a pleasent experience. I have purchased many vehicles in the past from a variety of dealerships: Honda, VW, Acuras and Mercedes...this being my first American made purchase!! Very easy-going, no pressure sales, no gimmicks. We walked in to browse a few different models to see which I'd like most- the Charger and the 300C. Since I didn't love either model enough to want to purchase, Jeff suggested that if I still loved my '09 Jeep and just wanted to upgrade options, that there was a demo model that would meet those needs. After inspecting and taking one for a ride, I knew I'd be buying one. Working out the deal was relatively painless- there were a lot of incentives and financing options, so we did what we could and offered to bring our trade back in that night. There was no pressure to pick specific financing options from Jeff or John? (name escapes me right now) the sales manager. I literally got a brand new vehicle with all of the options I'd been looking for in a reasonably priced package. Everyone was kind and courteous and treated me respectfully. This is my 2nd purchase from this dealership. More
