I wanted a Jeep. This is our 2nd time leasing from Chambers and both times we had awesome experiences. He placed our needs first and was not pushy in obtaining a sale. After we decided upon the vehicle we wanted to lease, we were told it would be ready in two days, and that's exactly what happened. Nick communicated throughout these two days "just because he really cared." Commuication is very important to us. We had a few minor problems and in contacting Nick, he took care of it promptly and precisely. We love Chambers!!! More
From the moment I walked through the door I was made to feel comfortable and special. Miguel Cepeda was the sales person who initially helped me select my new vehicle. I felt that he really cared, and wanted to help me find the vehicle that would best suit me. I left that initial visit with a vehicle that I really thought would suit me, but once I got home I knew it was the wrong choice. The very next day I returned to speak with Miguel about my situation. He immediately listened to my concerns and directed me to the General Manager, Jeff Albert. Jeff Albert responded to the situation immediately, with the utmost respect and understanding. He wanted nothing, but for me to be happy in my choice of a vehicle. He went above and beyond to make this switch in vehicles attainable for me. In both cases I dealt with the Business Manager, Steve Zografos, who worked out my financing on my vehicle. Steve was professional, and had a good sense of humor, which made me feel comfortable. Steve gave 100% attention to my situation, which made the transactions go smoothly in either case. I was made to feel that customer service and customer satisfaction was the most important thing to every employee that I came in contact with. I will certainly recommend this car dealership to anyone shopping for a new or used vehicle. It has been the most pleasant and most efficiently run car dealership that I have ever worked with! More

The store is clean and well kept, the salesmen are nice and will go beyond their limits to help you. I recommend this store to others. If you are not satisfied they will work with you until you are. That is the real good thing about this dealer. If you have the unpleasant experience of being unhappy with something, you won't stay that way for long, they will make it better for you. My daughter and I were both looking to upgrade our used cars and both had balances on our car loans. I was fed up and felt that I should be able to see a car I was interested in at my convenience....NOT THEIRS!!!! HELLO, ANYONE HOME????!! I was ready to look this past Saturday and decided to go to Herb Chambers. I worked with Miguel Cepeda who was so personable and professional although he is new. He told us he could get myself and my daugther into the cars we wanted and made it happen. He even did research at night for my daughter to find the car she wanted. Steven Pelnar was fabulous! Professional and went above and beyond the norm to make it happen for us. The can do atitude is refreshing and I will now go to Herb Chambers for all my auto needs! In fact, I have another daughter who will be shopping there in the very near future!! We went about 50 miles to check out a car that we had seen on the internet. I guess we should have called first b/c it had been sold a few days prior. Enter Nick. He helped us out a lot. He was extremely patient and friendly. We finally drove a 2007 Dodge Nitro and really liked it. However we weren't expecting to buy a Nitro and didn't know much about the car. We left for the day and did some research reading reviews and safety reports. We returned and decided to proceed. Jeremy took over since Nick was off that day. He provided the same high quality service and friendliness. I did all the financial paperwork with Steve Z. He got us financed and ready to go but I had return onece again after I got my down payment ready. The third time everyone was there and wishe dus well. We got the car registered and inspected. And then I asked for a second key.............Let me tell you the vibe changed quickly. Nick brought out the paperwork and pointed out that no where did it say anything about a 2nd key and said, "Is that your signature?". But he did offer to sell me one for $200. This was totally out of charecter for him based on my previous experience with him. I was disapointed and it degraded thexperince which otherwise was outstanding. More
