At Herb Chambers the sales staff were great. Eileen was my salesperson and she was all about helping me find the deal that worked for me. Sure enough I found out, with her help, that I would be able to aff my salesperson and she was all about helping me find the deal that worked for me. While making the deal Eileen was willing to stay late and even be in early in the morning to work with my schedule. We had our eye on a 2011 Overland and she mentioned the new features and asked if we were interested in taking it for a test drive. Of course we did and we loved it! We didn't have time to stay that day to talk about a new purchase, but made an appointment to come back and discuss. Eileen wasn't pushy or over the top in terms of 'just trying to get a sale'. She understood what we were doing. We came back a couple of days later and started the preliminary paperwork. Since what we wanted wasn't on the lot, we'd need to order. She was professional, organized and helpful- we placed an order for our new vehicle that day! Working with Eileen was wonderful. She was professional and friendly. She claimed to be new but we couldn't tell. We wanted to trade in a 6 mo old jeep for a more family friendly vehicle. The dealership wouldn't agree to the trade in value of jeep and price of truck we wanted until a few days later. Unfortunately for Eileen we had found something else by then. If the rest of the staff had Eileen's work ethic, follow-through and energy we would have purchased a 2009 truck from her and another new vehicle about every 2 to 3 yrs after.
