Not to be trusted My first visit to this dealership was to test drive a specific new Ram truck they had in stock. I communicated w/ the internet sales rep to ensure th My first visit to this dealership was to test drive a specific new Ram truck they had in stock. I communicated w/ the internet sales rep to ensure the vehicle was available . . . but when I arrived the salesperson told me the truck "had just been sold". Really!?!? After leaving, disappointed, I inquired further and was told that the truck was actually still available! I decided to return because they assured me that they could/would transfer a vehicle from other dealerships. I identified a truck available at another dealership & confirmed with them that they would be able to transfer it, made an appointment to meet w/ the salesperson to make the deal, but when I arrived this time I was told that they don't deal with the dealership that had that vehicle and they'd help me find another -- which they couldn't! So . . . two wasted trips! I spent several weeks researching vehicles and knew exactly what I wanted in a Ram truck. This dealership pulls all of the tricks to bait you and then pulls the switch! Shop elsewhere! More

The Best of the Best I can't begin to say Thank you enough to Mike Nicoletti and AJ for helping me out this week. True story people....I lost my company car after 20 year I can't begin to say Thank you enough to Mike Nicoletti and AJ for helping me out this week. True story people....I lost my company car after 20 years of having that benefit. Not sure what to buy....make/model/price point etc, I stressed out for three days. I shopped on line endlessly and found the make and model I wanted. My dream car...Challenger. With a few bumps in the road, my credit less than perfect I went to a Dodge dealer and drove the Challenger. Within a few minutes I was told that the terms I was requesting could not be accomplished. So I started to re think the whole idea. Then I called Mike!!! Within one hour...he called me with the best price, and had an approval that was well in my budget. He found my dream car at another dealership, offered to go get it...and within 24 hours...I have the car of my dreams, color, options, payment, all of it. It was magic! Upon arrival, the whole staff treated my like royalty, and my car was out front ready to go. The entire experience was just un believable and I couldn't be happier. I say this with the utmost gratitude.
