Ali responded immediately, and I keep avoiding the fact that I needed to buy a new car. Ali's frequency of checking in was perfect. She didn't overwhelm me with too many phone calls or emails, however, she was tenacious and succeeded in making me focus on what I wanted, needed, and what was financially plausible. When I finally went to the dearlership, Ali set me up with the exact person for the job - Stephanie Killian. I COULDN'T HAVE BEEN LUCKIER!!!!!!! As previously mentioned, I had distaste for this task. Immediately upon meeting Stephanie, I realized this is not so bad. She put me at easy and we looked around. While poor Stephanie had to spend hours and hours with me, I was having fun! A completely unexpected development! Stephanie worked with me on my level, kept things understandable for me, I trusted her. Again, a completely unexpected development. Needless to say, Stephanie made the sale. I couldn't be more pleased with the car, and my experience at Herb Chambers Danvers. I have already, and will continue to, recommend this team. They made it easy, and fun. Hmmm... I wonder if I can talk them in to going out for a beer with me. More

The extra effort was evident in so many ways: Corey the sales manager made calls on my behalf on his day off & communicated with me making sure that I was "in the know" about every step of the car buying process. Kevin the sales rep was wonderful, I took a bunch of his cards and plan on referring whenever the opportunity arises. John from finance was awesome.... The way these guys worked together for me as the customer was awesome. Customer service like I received truly comes from the inside,it can not be taught. Herb Chambers is fortunate to have such an awesome staff. More

After 25 years of leasing many vehicles on the North Shore this particular experience with Herb Chambers in Danvers was absolutely "painless". We love the new Chevy Traverse and we both have to agree that this was the best leasing experience by far. I recently purchased a new truck at Herb Chambers Chevrolet. I had the pleasure of first working with Alli, that mentioned to me a new program where I could trade in my old truck for a new one keepin Chevrolet. We had been out of touch for a bit, yet she still remembered exactly who I was and what I wanted. I was pleasantly impressed. When I came into the dealership I was introduced to Adam. He worked diligently and with incredible professionalism to get me into the exact new truck I wanted. I am extremely impressed and satisfied with my purchase and the entire staff at Herb Chambers. Herb Chambers was smart sending out a mailer for a years worth of free oil/filter changes to Saturn owners. I took advantage of them and was very impressed with the service department. My 9 year old Saturn required some major work, and I was offered a free Enterprise Rental for the few days it took for the part to come in....worked for me. So when another costly repair job arose, I opted to trade in the Saturn and buy a new car from Herb. It was the service department that initiated the sale, but it was the sales staff that closed the deal. Clinton, Corey and John....no pressure sales, just gave me the information that I needed. 24 hrs later I was driving off the lot with a new Chevy Cruze. I was pleasantly surprised with the entire process, and I love my new car. More

The fan was not blowing my a/c into my H3. I called the Herb Chambers Dealership and Scott squeezed me in and had my car fixed in about an hour. There was no charge as it was still under warranty. Scott gave be a bottle of cold water and I was on my way. I drive an hour to this dealership just because the service is amazing! I will continue to drive there as long as Scott is the Service Manager. He is professional, friendly and just a great guy. Thanks again Scott! More
