I went to lease a vehicle and was impressed with Corey Stewart and the rest of the team. They got me in the vehicle I wanted for less than the one I was already in. Sales rep tricked me into submitting a my credentials in order to go over car details. Devious tactics are known at dealerships selling cars sub par or that have a history of defects, flood damage or accide order to go over car details. Not to mention, the sales rep was trying to push cars on us that we could not afford ever. Sales rep also flipped us off as we left and drove away which is why we chose to post this comment. We also advised the sales rep to not contact us further, the sales rep acknowledged request and has continued to contact us with proof after the interaction. That is considered harassment. More
After using Davidson Chevrolet in Malden for many years I was forced to find another dealership when they closed. I had two mechanics refer me to the same dealership and same service adviser. Lucky for me I was forced to find another dealership when they closed. I had two mechanics refer me to the same dealership and same service adviser. Lucky for me I was referred to Herb Chambers Chevrolet and a service adviser named Scott Lyon. Scott Lyon and service technician Jay Mendonca ( 23637) have been taking care of all my warranty and maintenance issues . The service received from both of these individuals is the number one reason I have been taking my Impala to Herb Chambers Chevrolet. Scott is a knowledgeable, dedicated and energized individual whose main purpose is to keep the customer happy by taking the necessary steps to get the vehicle serviced and or repaired correctly the first time around in a reasonable amount of time. Aside from being an excellent mechanic Jay is also very customer orientated. Walter Pollock who runs the Service Dept is a friendly hands on individual who comes out his office and helps out on the floor when things get busy. I have also had some dealings with Oren Seatton - Body Shop manager and Brian Gagnon - Asst Body shop Manager. These individuals are easy to work with and do an excellent job. Being a retired old Bell System “Ma Bell” Engineering Manager I appreciate good service and especially appreciate individuals who take the time to do it right the first time around. I started going to Herb Chambers Chevrolet in January 2010 and have not been to any other dealership since then. Herb Chambers has met my high expectations every time. I feel very comfortable going to this dealership knowing my car is in good hands. More
Hello everyone at Herb Chambers. I have had a recent brake issue with my 2007 Monte Carlo SS and after recent brake work I noticed the brakes grinding. I had dealt with Scott Lyon on all of my automotiv brake issue with my 2007 Monte Carlo SS and after recent brake work I noticed the brakes grinding. I had dealt with Scott Lyon on all of my automotive services and through his knowledge,professionalism and understanding my brake problems were resolved. The pads needed replacing as they were not performing properly. The brakes work great now. Scott Lyon and the service dept. are very knowledgeable and courteous and treat myself and all of the customers I've noticed with a high degree of respect and above all honesty. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced as well as buy future vehicles from Herb Chambers when needed. As always the entire staff is top notch and a great attitude. Thank You Ron Pease More

You were treated preffessional the monent I walked in the door and during the sales process that was only approx 1hr. When I picked up the vehicle they were more than polite in making sure I had absolutly no problems My daughter graduates college May or 2013 and we will be back there to look at another vehicle. I went to the dealership this past Sunday, October 14th, and was greated by Ali and John. I was looking to go from a 1998 Nissan to a 2012 Chevy Cruse. John Doucette is one of the most curteous, friendly and was greated by Ali and John. I was looking to go from a 1998 Nissan to a 2012 Chevy Cruse. John Doucette is one of the most curteous, friendly and understanding Sales Representatives I have ever had to do business with regarding an automobile. All of my questions were answered in a thorough friendly manner. You would think I was buying the most expensive car on the lot. The next day I drove away in my new car feeling like a princess. We are so excited to be driving our new 2012 avalanche with the help of our salesman Brian Dumont, Brian was patient, he has a very pleasant personality and did not push us to make a decision. The massive amount of paperwork was nicely organized by Stephanie Killian, she also helped with some added features (warranty and many other items) and showed me what ventureshield looked like on a vehicle in the lot. All the initial needs from the service department were met by Michael Anagnos, Mike organized all the add ons (lojack, simonize, ventureshield and a sticker) for a one day completion. all of the employees worked together flawlessly. The experience was the best I have ever had, it was my first time at Herb Chambers and they say that first impressions matter most...I have been won over. More
