Herb Chambers was smart sending out a mailer for a years worth of free oil/filter changes to Saturn owners. I took advantage of them and was very impressed with the service department. My 9 year old Saturn required some major work, and I was offered a free Enterprise Rental for the few days it took for the part to come in....worked for me. So when another costly repair job arose, I opted to trade in the Saturn and buy a new car from Herb. It was the service department that initiated the sale, but it was the sales staff that closed the deal. Clinton, Corey and John....no pressure sales, just gave me the information that I needed. 24 hrs later I was driving off the lot with a new Chevy Cruze. I was pleasantly surprised with the entire process, and I love my new car. More

The fan was not blowing my a/c into my H3. I called the Herb Chambers Dealership and Scott squeezed me in and had my car fixed in about an hour. There was no charge as it was still under warranty.
