I told him I was interested in buying a new Camaro. We sat down and he explained all the different models and features. After I chose the model I thought I wanted to purchase, he went out and drove the Camaro to me to test drive for as long as I cared to drive it. He was informative telling every detail about the features of the car as we drove. When we returned to the dealership he proceeded to take me on a tour of the building, parts dept. waiting room, service dept. and etc. He was very polite and informative and not pushy. After meeting with Jorge, I decided to purchase the vehicle on the stop. I did not compare prices at any dealership because of Jorge Filpo. Also I would like to mention Bobby Haddad, very helpful in explaining the warranties. I have dealt with two of his locations, Flagship Motors (Mercedes-Benz) and Chevrolet of Danvers, where Herb Chambers must be doing something right. I have dealt with two of his locations, Flagship Motors (Mercedes-Benz) and Chevrolet of Danvers, where I bought a new Sonic several days ago. It was a pleasure dealing with Clinton Gerrish, a professional and very low key sales person. I first met Clinton several months ago, when I was looking at cars and I was immediately impressed with Clinton's knowledge of the car and the fact he never asked me for any personal information. I was given a brochure, with his card, so when it cam time to buy the car, I made sure I was dealing with Clinton. After all the paper work was done, Clinton must have spent well over an hour going over every detail of the car. Upon parting, he told me to comeback any time for a tutorial, which I am sure to do. I should also mention that Bobby Haddad, the business manager made the process very easy. All in all, I am very impressed with the Chambers organization. Keep up the good work. More
