He made sure that I could secure myself financing for my 2014 Chevy Cruze. I would definitely recommend your dealership to anyone I know who wants to buy a quality car with amazing service. To state the obvious, Herb Chambers is a top quality dealership with, in my opinion, no equal. I have been a customer there starting in July, 2004 when I bought my first new Chevy. This time around, my salesman was Anthony Dalrymple and he was amazing. Professional, knowledgeable, very genuine, courteous, pleasant, and outgoing. We felt immediately at ease with him, like we had known him for years. My approach was somewhat unique in that my wife and I knew exactly the model we wanted - walked over to it and asked to do the paperwork. Anthony went inside, returned with information on what models they had available on the lot (color, options, etc.), and that was that! Zero pressure to complete the transaction, consider a different (I.e. more expensive!) model, nothing. He and John Doucette, one of the managers and another extraordinary human being, worked with me to get the best deal possible at the right time and, again, never pressured me. In my case, John was somewhat of a miracle worker as the finalized deal was an unexpected treat, given my particular situation. Also - they make sure that you know everything there is to know about operating the vehicle you just purchased AND they are extremely attentive to every single detail. For example, transmitting information to your insurance agent (adding the new car, removing the old if there is a trade involved), registering and inspecting the vehicle, detailing it, full tank of gas, warranty... I could go on and on. We literally drove up to the lot with the trade vehicle and drove away in the new one - completely painless. If you happen to be in the market for a car, you can't go wrong here, and I would strongly suggest talking to Anthony. More

Brian facilitated our outright purchase so that we didn't have to run to my bank and request a certified check saving us precious time and nickel and diming by our bank and John made sure all the official paperwork was completed quickly all the while making sure that I was reacquainted with and understood RMV's role in the process. Service after flat tire Hi! Greg has had many opportunities to get to know me. My Chevrolet Cruze 2011 has had several issues in the last six months. He's worked with me Hi! I have been very frustrated about the problems I have had. This last issue was very simple; a flat tire that needed to be repaired. Quality Service June 5, 2014 I had brought my 2007 Monte Carlo SS in for service for an inspection sticker, LOF, rotate & balance tires. During the maintenance check June 5, 2014 I had brought my 2007 Monte Carlo SS in for service for an inspection sticker, LOF, rotate & balance tires. During the maintenance check my vehicle needed front brakes 9 pads & rotors ) as the brakes were well worn. I had the service work always done on my car at this location; which is also where I purchased the car. The service dept. is as always very professional and knowledgeable with their interactions with customers and Scott Lyons and the service dept. certainly go beyond the extra mile to do top quality work which I have always experienced while at this dealership. My car is now operating correctly and safely and I do recommend Herb Chambers Chevy for all of their honest, reliable work they do.
