Terrible Alfa Romeo service department. Dropped my car off and called and texted several times to find out when it would be ready and no answer or reply. You would think for what they charge for service ($1357 for rear brakes) that they would have better customer service. They don’t even give loaner cars. Only buy a car here if you plan on not taking it here for service. More

This dealership is extremely disappointing. When you buy a high-end vehicle, you expect high-end service, and this is definitely not the case here. The area where you wait while your car is bei When you buy a high-end vehicle, you expect high-end service, and this is definitely not the case here. The area where you wait while your car is being serviced is dirty, used coffee cups on the table, the chairs are ripped, and the overall area is terrible. The smell of fried foods is evident because the sales people are eating at their desks. I had the unfortunate experience to have to use the restroom which was dirty and the room across the hall from the restroom has trash all over the floor and wires just hanging. I am used to a very different experience, it looks like this manager has just given up and could care less what the facility looks like. The herb Chambers administration should definitely do occasional checks on their facilities… Unless, of course, they don’t feel it is worth investing any money. I will trade this car in and go back to Mercedes in Tiverton where the service is excellent More
I recommend because it is the closest to my home However be aware of all contracts you sign. Purchased tire and rim contract after a discussion about if the rim was damaged due to curbing. Only now finding out it does not. Also car had small scratch at time of purchase. Asked to have paint repaired. No the color was not available. Asked every time I went in for service and even called. Not available. Yesterday I was told it is on back order and told of a place where I could get it. Why shouldn’t I have been one of first in line to get it and dealership repair? Why do I now need to go find someplace with the color paint of my car? Asked to be put on the list for when it comes in. Told they don’t do that. I just need to continue to call More
