First trip to the service department and it’s right on par with the rest of this dealership….. Terrible! 11:30 am appointment for basic service and I’m told they are way backed up. You’ve been open for a little over 3 hours, what is going on here? This place is more lost than a fart in a fan factory! From sales to service, financing to management, I’d rather be bald walking up a hill than to visit this dealership on Bald Hill in Warwick. More

Cory got car in and out same day. Job well done! Only complaint is service light was on I couldn’t turn it off even with my vast experience. Cory said it was $100 fee to shut it off Job well done! I am a certified technician of most combustible engines! A basic Oil Change should be easily done and service light should be reset by owner. Very tacky surcharge from a person who spent a lot of money on your vehicle. 99% of people that buy Maserati take it to you for service wealthy people don’t change their oil. But the true enthusiast someone that understands the vehicle more than the other 99% shouldn’t pay for such a basic feature. sorry but this is how I feel. More
I prescheduled my appointment online using the very handy scheduling tool. I was able to find a “special” for the service I needed and that was super handy, save me some $$ in the process. When I arrived at the Alfa store I was greeted by Cody for my service appointment. He explained everything they would do for the service, I added another item i needed replaced, which Cody said was not a problem. I was a “Waiter” and the time is about what I expected. The car was delivered very clean. The service order didn’t include the technicians name or I’d have thanked him in this write up. One item I would like to see, I had an alignment performed and i would have liked to see an “as found” printout and an “adjusted” printout for my records. I had a great experience at this Alfa store and I will continue to have my car serviced there in the future. Thanks Cody. More
