Outsatning service form service, sales md cashier We had an appointment for our 2011 XT5 which we left and upon returning I call service AJ Pulvie who upon returning took my 2009 CTS, in immediatel We had an appointment for our 2011 XT5 which we left and upon returning I call service AJ Pulvie who upon returning took my 2009 CTS, in immediately for service. Outstanding and timely service by AJ and the staff. AJ Pulvie is very knowledgeable and accommodating service rep who I trust to do the best for customer. While awaiting for my car, I was able to take a test ride in a XT4 with Harold who is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful salesman probably the reason we purchased the XT5. The cahiers are always very friendly and helpful also. More

AJ Pulvie is the best service reresentative in the busines They service both of my cars and until I started doing business with Herb Chambers Cadillac I never would use a dealer for anything other than warrant They service both of my cars and until I started doing business with Herb Chambers Cadillac I never would use a dealer for anything other than warranty work. Now I even buy all my tires from them. A J has been there for many years and is the reason I continue to have my cars serviced there. More

I was losing air in one tire for a few weeks and I was promptly given an appointment once I called. Although I was there longer than usual ( had to find the problem), AJ went out of his way to go and get me a tire on the same day so I would not have to have a loner and come back the following day. I can never say enough about your service and AJ. They are the reason I keep coming back to Herb Chambers. Last time I almost bought a GMC but decided to stay with you due to service and AJ. Could not be happier. In addition, I am not related to anyone at this dealership, they are just that good and accomodating More
