DROVE THREE AND HALF HOURS TO DEAL WITH. CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW MUCH IT WAS WORTH THE TRIP. ABSOLUTE PLEASURE!!!!!! THE QUALITY OF USED VEHICLE WAS EXCELLENT. I have nothing but great things to say about Herb Chambers Cadillac. My husband and I were both extremely happy with the sales process. They even went so far as to bring the car to us so we could test drive it because my husbands schedule is so hectic. We loved the sales experience, so we were thrilled that our perception could eve & I bought a preowned vehicle recently from Herb Chambers Cadillac. We loved the sales experience, so we were thrilled that our perception could even improve when we dealt with the service department! The check engine light came on and we were in a panic. The service department was nothing but helpful -- they picked up the vehicle and then returned it to us when it was fixed. They were extremely helpful and followed up with us after the appt to ensure we were completely satisfied. This experience made us feel we made the perfect choice by dealing with HC Cadillac and it didn't cost us a thing (time or money). Buy your car at this dealership, you won't be disappointed. More
