Neil, I did reach out to you directly over the sales process of leasing a 2023 Cadillac XT6. It warranted your involvement because of some poor communication skills by Harold and Bethany remember???? You backed Harold’s response by saying that he’s worked for you for 10 years and he would never say that and you could not back Bethany’s response, but replied that your dealership is well aware of their policy and procedures. Do you not recall any of this, we had a phone call where I requested to do a conference call with the above mentioned employees and you would not fulfill my request! Not sure how you’re gonna restore my confidence when it comes to going to your dealership, and the disastrous experience that I successfully navigated through by myself. I cannot reiterate the following enough, from sales to service to financing to management, super disappointed from a customer’s experience on all levels. I love the Cadillac XT6, that’s the only positive that’s come out of this experience. I guess if I could choose one out of the two to not let me down, it would be the car over the dealership and that’s what I’ve had so far. Fingers crossed.!!! I Definitely am an advocate and have been voicing my disgust with the lack of professionalism, when it becomes to Herb Chambers, Cadillac in Warwick, aka your dealership.
