In particular, the Salesperson who helped me, Steven Mello, was exceptional. He was extremely attentive and detailed, listening to what my requested vehicle was and going through the various options available. He ran through the pros & cons of each option and did a fantastic job of explaining the value associated with each proposal. In the end, he found me a much better car than I expected at a price that was actually below my budget. Steven is not your typical sales person who would want to push you into the most expensive vehicle, he cares about your goals and objectives. I'm also extremely pleased with the financing and payment plans. Jackie did a fantastic job getting me the best interest rates available. Overall, I'm beyond completely satisfied with the whole Herb Chambers experience and I am giving this dealership along with Steven and Jackie my highest recommendation. More
Back in October I brought my 2008 CTS in for service. They fixed the car satisfactorily, but the date of completiion was delayed. While the car was there they were to make an addition ignition key, which They fixed the car satisfactorily, but the date of completiion was delayed. While the car was there they were to make an addition ignition key, which they did not do properly. The key did not work. Mailed it back to them in October, still waiting to be reimbursed after two phone calls and two emails I have not even received a call back. Will not be bring my car back there again. If they can't even make a key correctly and never took the time to even try the key, It makes me extremely anxious about the work done under the hood. More

The dealer in connecticut did not listen to my needs and was trying to sell me every car on their lot, which did not fit my need. I found a car on cars.com that did, it was at this warwick dealership, which was two hours away from my home. It was a long way to travel to look for a vehcile, but well worth it. From the first phone call, Kevin listened to my needs, and sent me info on three cars that fit my description. In that,I was very interested in one. I made an appointment to come to the dealership and this is where I met Steve Mello. He was attentive, and showed me exactly what i was looking for. He didnt try to sell me any car, he sold me exactly what i asked for. which for me, meant that they were paying close attention to every detail of our conversation. Next we met paul. He was polite, respectful, and very sweet. We had the financing done very quickly. I could not be more happy with every individual in this dealership. More

I was in the market for a new 2012 Cadillac CTS for my wife, so I had contacted Herb Chambers Cadillac online in Danvers, MA, but the car that we had enquired about was in Warwick RI. That being said, I w wife, so I had contacted Herb Chambers Cadillac online in Danvers, MA, but the car that we had enquired about was in Warwick RI. That being said, I was contacted by Kevin from Internet sales and we were able to come to a deal without having to come to RI. I worked directly with the sales manager Leo and salesman Kenny and we received 1st class treatment as expected when dealing with Herb Chambers. I have purchased many vehicles through Herb Chambers over the years and this experience was by far again a great car buying experience! I highly recommend this Cadillac dealer to anyone! More

The title above says it all. Herb Chambers Cadillac is a class act establishment. Upon searching for a 2011 Mercedes Benz they were the dealership I turned to from the get go. I was very specific in detail class act establishment. Upon searching for a 2011 Mercedes Benz they were the dealership I turned to from the get go. I was very specific in detail of what I wanted and they delivered that and more. The overall commitment to getting me exactly what I was looking from this company was monumentally impressive. Three people in particular made this deal go with ease. Jacqueline Spardello the finance director was a-ma-zing. Not only did she get me a great rate but her finance menu (for those who don't know, gap insurance, wheel and tire protection ect ect..) was exceptionally reasonable. It was presented in a way in which she gave me the benefits AND disadvantages for each option. Honesty, professionalism, and the best personality I have ever seen made my financing experience a friendly and pleasurable one. Vinny Celeste the General sales manager was the one who inspect my 2008 Mercedes trade. Again with no disappointment he was honest as well he gave me a great trade in value for my car. Finally Neil Ferriera the General Manager really has a pulse on this competitive car industry. He made the deal a go with zero hesitation. The word "NO" does not exist in this dealership. For me to take time out of my day and write this is only a reflection of the wonderful experience I had. The day I picked up the car everyone was very congratulatory and wished me the best of luck with my new car. The service department also did a great job in preparing my new car. I could go on and on but I can honestly say after walking into many other dealerships in the past this one is far superior in every aspect of the word!! More

I'm hoping it's a Cadillac and not a Chevy Impala as I do have a certain image I have to maintain for work. InSkip's policy is if you have a Lexus, you get a Lexus. Same with all Inskip's other car brands. Original Issue: I had my Cadillac worked on twice at this dealership. Each time it took them over 3 to 4 days to get parts in even though they said it would be over night. On my last visit when I picked up the car it was covered in snow with a dead battery. I had to wait 30 minutes for them to jump it and clear the snow off. It wasn't snowing the day I picked it up but it snowed the day before. Once I got on the highway after picking up the car the same problem they "fixed" was still happening and was now worse. I called them up a day later and made another appointment to drop off the vehicle to fix the original problem that I asked them to fix in the first place. I asked for a loaner car for the day because they already had my car for 4 days before that. They said no unless it would take them more than 8 hours to fix. In my opinion its now going over 96 hours to fix the problem. It was funny when I dropped off the car originally I asked for a loaner car and they said they don't have loaner cars. Funny party was right when I was leaving a guy asked the same question and started raising his voice and magically they had a loaner car for him. I guess with Cadillac you have to be rude to get a loaner car because OVER PAYING for a car is not enough. The level of Cadillac service in general has gone downhill at least at this dealership and the one they bought out (Paul Masse). GM's policy of loaner cars is terrible. I can go buy a Lexus (or even a Nissan) at inskip right next door to this dealership and they would always give you a loaner car or and even offer to pick up the car at my house/work (which for me is a 30 minute drive away from the dealership) and leave you a loaner car to use. It's sad the day a Nissan dealership has better service than a Cadillac dealership. Maybe this is one of the major reasons more people are turning to Lexus, BMW, and MB because they take everything to the next level including their service department. I can definitely say that if Cadillac service policy or the dealerships policy doesn't change then I will never buy another Cadillac/GM which is sad since I'm not even 30 years old and already going to write off a major car company. I have a lot more cars in my lifetime to buy and Cadillac will probably not be one of them again… More
In October 2011, I was in the market for a new crossover vehicle. I had looked at the Audi Q5, Lexus 350, and the Cadillac SRX. They are all nice vehicles and I probably would have been happy with any vehicle. I had looked at the Audi Q5, Lexus 350, and the Cadillac SRX. They are all nice vehicles and I probably would have been happy with any one of them. I chose the Cadillac and a big reason for that was the way I was treated at Herb Chambers. I felt right from the beginning that I was taken seriously and treated courteously. As a woman (even in this modern age), I have found this isn't always the case. I've had the SRX for a month now and I'm really enjoying it. I also appreciated the followup call I received from Jade - just checking in to see how it's going. More
