My family referred me directly to Harold. I wanted to lease another Cadillac ATS and my sister and brother in law had just leased a new CTS and purchased a new ATS from Harold. No Follow up I was interested in a Cadillac CTS for some time. Stopped in to look at a few and Mike was excellent. He arranged for me to test drive a sedan and a c I was interested in a Cadillac CTS for some time. Stopped in to look at a few and Mike was excellent. He arranged for me to test drive a sedan and a coupe as I was undecided which way to go. After test driving the sedan I found the car of my dreams and he was very easy to deal with. I also dealt with Jeff the sales manager to finalize the deal. Mike Card was great in working out the finances and warranties. We scheduled the delivery the following day, as they needed to call my insurance carrier and finish paperwork. There was some oxidation on the side view mirror that was covered under warranty. Also the tech that changed the oil did not reset the oil life display in the car. I was told the display would be fixed and a mirror would be ordered and they will call in a few days with an update. I showed up at the dealership at the scheduled time and stood in an empty building for half an hour. Finally hunted down an office worker that said my salesman was out sick and she will find someone. Mike Card came in and said he would do the delivery. He asked if I called my insurance company. I told him no because I was told they were going to do it. We sat and called the insurance company. He then told me that he miss informed me about the Simonize warranty I purchased and that the warranty on the paint is only 7 years not lifetime as I was told the night before. Couldn't really do anything about it as the application was already on the car. Then when he was moving car out of the building he said that it needed gas and left the dealership to gas it up. As we sat in the car to go over all the features. It took some time to reset everything, as the previous owners contacts for phone were still loaded in memory as well as the radio station presets. I noticed the oil life was still not reset either and when I questioned it I was told to leave it as I would get a free oil change sooner. It took longer to do that than go over everything as it was a pretty rushed delivery at this point. Upon getting home I noticed a chip in the paint that was not there the night before when I test drove the car. I called the dealership but was put on hold several times for both David and Jeff. I received a voicemail from Mike Scarduzio the following day to apologize for not being there for the delivery. I tried calling back but was told he wasn't there. I tried again during the week and was told he was on vacation. I called David since he did the delivery and said he would be handling things in Mike's absence. He said that the chip will be looked at when I bring the car back for the other warranty repair on the mirror. He was going to find out when and get back to me. I never heard back from anyone. I called Jeff almost a week later to see about the work and he said the mirror is stuck in Texas due to the hurricane and they will follow up. I again brought up the chip in the paint and he said they would look at it when it comes in for the mirror repair. I called him back to ask about the inspection sticker for the car as I live in MA and the car has a RI sticker on it. At the time of sale he said he would tell me where I could take it in MA to get the sticker from one of their shops. I was told he just left the building so I left a voicemail. I never heard back. I called a few days later and again got voicemail. I left another message and never heard back. I still have not heard anything after a few days from my last message. When purchasing the car I received several calls from the dealer to schedule test drives and come in. Once the car was purchased no followed through on anything and no one has called. More
My Cadillac Service Mike in the service department was great to work with. I had to come back because parts had to be ordered for my car.
