I can’t believe I paid for luxury services and it’s not worth it. The dealership place feels old and not updated. it’s not comparable to any other standard dealerships. Even a Toyota dealership would have worth it. The dealership place feels old and not updated. it’s not comparable to any other standard dealerships. Even a Toyota dealership would have better environment. Rest stations only has water and few chairs. Waited 40 mins just to get my car checked and to get a loaner it would be a month in advance. I’m definitely not going to keep Alfa Romeo. Not worth for paying thousands dollars and not getting an excellent service. I owned a Lexus for years. Every time I go in for a maintenance. All I had to do is drop off my keys and they would offer my a loaner right away. Come back to pick up my car in couples hours. Anything needed to be repair, they would call/text. They didn’t waste my time in the dealership waiting for reports to come out. More

We found a vehicle we liked online and drove over 90 minutes one way to get there. We were met with a salesman named Wilson that seemed very nice. We looked at and drove the vehicle and liked it, how minutes one way to get there. We were met with a salesman named Wilson that seemed very nice. We looked at and drove the vehicle and liked it, however It had a couple of issues such as the rear bumper was severely scratched and the inside rear was all marked up with crayon. Wilson got the used car manager named Paul who also seemed pleasant. Paul stated he would have no problem fixing the scratches on the rear bumper and make sure it was fully detailed. He also said they had a service order they would send to me showing what was done to the vehicle when they took it in and serviced it. We next moved into the finance office where they asked me if I would like to finance with them and I told them I was prepared to write a check for the vehicle. They said it would be better for them if I were to finance and I said that was fine. They came back with a rate of about 11% and I told them I was not interested in that rate. They then told me if I put down $2,700 they could get the rate down about 2% which they did. I did ask them to put in writing the repair for the rear bumper and how they planned on doing it. They called Paul back in the office and I asked him directly. Paul shouted at me and told me he was doing me a favor and it was unnecessary. I told Paul if he didn’t want to do the deal I understood. He reluctantly filled my request. I had to wait a few days to allow them to get the rear bumper scratches fixed and the car registration done. They told me they would send photos when the car returned and keep in touch. I checked back in about 5 days later and then 6 days later with no response. I called and tried to speak with some higher ups and got the runaround. I was able to finally connect with Wilson who didn’t have much information to give me but would get back in touch with me. A few days later Wilson messaged and told me the car was ready. I asked for photos and a video of the repair as he promised to make sure all was well before an over 3 hour round trip drive to pick up the car. I was fortunate enough to get my parents to take the journey to pick up and drop off the car to my house. The repair looked good but the inside was still messy and had crayon all over the back. I reached out and let them know this was still not detailed correctly and reached out a second and third time. After creating a stink they offered me a free oil change which I replied that wasn’t what I wanted. They then offered me to bring the car back for them to clean the inside. I asked if they could have a dealer closer to me take care of it or pay for a detail from a detail shop near me so not to have to drop off and pick up a car with 2 people twice at 3 hours round trip each. I was given an email of the manager which I’m sure won’t get me much further than I already am. I went to Herb Chambers because I’ve purchased many cars with them in the past and thought the experience would be another good one. Sadly it wasn’t and the thing that bothers me the most is this was a surprise for my 16 year old daughter. You only get one shot to surprise your daughter with her first new car I wish it were in the shape they promised me and I paid for. I don’t think I will be going back to Herb Chambers dealerships anytime soon due to my recent experience. My quick summary, I went t to test drive the car, I did not try to negotiate in any way except asking for the scratches on the rear bumper to be fixed which they offered in the first place. I financed per their request rather than writing a check for it, the car was not cleaned properly, communication was poor, I was given a hard time when asking for the repair to be put in writing, the service order that was promised to me has not been delivered, after bringing these items up communication is still poor and not the burden is mine for detailing. I hope everyone else’s experiences are much better than mine. John More
Truely a no pressure dealership. We worked closely with our salesman Alex, and manager Maz, over a few visits! They we very professional and were honest. They both worked very hard We worked closely with our salesman Alex, and manager Maz, over a few visits! They we very professional and were honest. They both worked very hard to get us a deal on our preferred Maserati choice that we were happy with. The delivery was great! The vehicle was covered and topped with a big bow for the grand reveal! That's was a nice touch that we weren't expecting. The vehicle is loaded with tech and Alex walked us through every single option and setting! In closing...Thanks Herb Chambers Maserati and the Herb Chambers group in general. This is at least the 3rd vehicle we've bought/leased from HC and are very happy. More

I walked in with many concerns as it was my first time purchasing a car. Andy was great at explaining every question I had.
