I purchased a pre-owned 2020 Dodge Challenger as wel And I’ll start with the positive, the buying experience was fantastic and felt honest and fair. I purchased a pre-owned 2020 Dodge Challenger as well as the addition of an extended warranty. The process was simple and straightforward and I really want to give them a strong review however recent events have caused great concern for me and my family and I need potential buyers to beware. I noticed within 2 weeks of owning the vehicle that there was an issue with the Bluetooth connection not allowing me to hear phone calls or talk to text messaging while driving. This while minor in nature is seriously troublesome for a newer vehicle. I was assured that Herb Chambers still had their “loaner vehicle” program and I thought if there was issues with the vehicle I purchased I would receive a loaner vehicle (especially with me purchasing an extended warranty). Well, apparently no vehicles were available and now I’ve had to use my wife’s car and she has had to take a train to work so that is $35.00 a day which including tomorrow is going to equal $175, not to mention I have also had to pay $40 a day for my son to get back to work and equals $200. My kids have had to walk to school every day also, twice in the freezing rain.This is unacceptable and goes directly against what I was told if there was issues with my vehicle. You would think that they would go out of their way to make their customers happy and get them a rental car. I keep getting told everyday that there is no update and that I will receive a call back shortly and the phone call never arrived unless I call them. The time has come where I really need my car back because I am sick of having to pay $375 a week for something that should have been checked before I bought the vehicle. I was told if there is no update by tomorrow that I can come and get the car which means that they have not resolved the issue and if I do want the issue resolved, I’m going to have to come back another time and be without my car again and once again waste more money. I’m heavily considering getting a refund for my extended warranty, if there are issues with helping your customers with basic problems what am I to expect if there is a major issue. I recommend buyers beware, you will be told anything to get you buy but you become an after thought once your purchase is completed. Did I mention I’m a repeat customer, this is the second car I purchased here within the year. Please be careful with this dealership. I’m so disappointed with the customer service after purchase that I feel forced to write this review. I want to note that I’m aware that we are in a struggling environment with vehicles and I’m aware it’s not as easy to get a loaner as it was pre-COVID but unfortunately that isn’t my worry. It’s the dealerships problem to solve. Don’t make statements that you can’t back up. More

I just want to say, before coming to this dealership I tried a few others & they didn’t even care about my business with them. They didn’t even try to help me out! I was contacted via email by a person na tried a few others & they didn’t even care about my business with them. They didn’t even try to help me out! I was contacted via email by a person named Sathida who was extremely friendly & helpful! She was on point without even knowing me or if I would get approved for the vehicle I was interested in. Those are the little things that for me count! I can’t remember the salespersons first name but his last name is Fernandez, very nice & not pushy at all! Help us all the way through the process. It didn’t take a whole day or days to get us out of there & with a vehicle! Jacquiline was amazing! This is customer service right here! Very friendly & explained everything very clearly! We knew we were in great hands & not that they was just trying to get us in a vehicle & get pushed out of there like most dealers do! I appreciate we wasn’t stereotyped like other dealerships do! They treated us like any other customer & those are the things that’s are hard to find now in days! Thank you all so much! More
So I think herb chambers and dealerships in general get a bad rap, end of the day they can’t sell you a car for free. Just not how it works. Herb in Warwick which is where I bought my Dodge Challenger Scat Pack, worked with me to get me a price I liked. I said no to their offer a couple times and told them exactly the price I was willing to pay. And they got me there. Again, cars are NOT free. But what I paid for my challenger compared to the place right down the street I got 2 years newer. 30k miles less, and a car with every single package minus the sunroof. While the other place down the street had a 2 year older car, 30k more miles and barebone additions for the SAME price. You tell me which you’d rather have? Can’t say enough about rob, Andy and Dave.
