Just leased a 2023 Cadillac XT6 from this dealership. We were told by the salesman initially that there was no equity in our current car (which we knew there was positive equity). We negotiated for an ho We were told by the salesman initially that there was no equity in our current car (which we knew there was positive equity). We negotiated for an hour and reached an agreement that amounted to $7000.00 in equity in for our trade in. The salesman said we would get the check in 2-3 days. The General Sales manager said the same. The fiancé employee said we would get the check the following day when we pick up the Cadillac. We are going on day 15 now and no check in site. The General Manager informed me that he knows his policy and doesn't believe that his employees told us that information. Their Policy, which was never explained to us, nor would we have access to review it, is that when they get the Title for the trade, they will cut the check. This if known by us, would have caused us to go elsewhere. It said that we may have misunderstood what the employees told us, "You'll get the check in 2-3 days, you'll get the check in hand tomorrow." This has been a dismal experience for us. We were with Land Rover since 2014 and were thinking XT6 or MDX Type S. We are regretting our decision and the time spent doing all the leg work trying to locate our check. The General Manager is going to have a conference with the three employees on our issue. We know how that's going to get manipulated for their benefit and we will appear as misunderstood. General Manager also said that Jake Kaplan has only 3 dealerships and that Herb Chamber has over 40. I told Neil (GM) quality over quantity when it comes to us. Be cautious if you go to this dealership. Ask for all of their Policies and Procedures as they won't inform you on much. More

Everyone is very nice but my husband has a Range Rover and across the street he gets a courtesy car and you don’t have them. I love my Stelvio but it’s really hard to get an oil change because I can’t han and across the street he gets a courtesy car and you don’t have them.
