First things first, Mohammad greeted me, and i already felt welcomed. We talked and started to get to know each other for maybe a half hour which felt like 5 minutes. Time was flying by. I traded in a truck that i was currently financing and i left the same day with a Alfa Romeo. This was my first dealership experience, as all my previous vehicles were private deals. He answered all my questions and made the whole process easy. He treated me as if i were family. I plan on purchasing a second vehicle through mohammad within the next few years. More

The minute I walked in the door at Herb Chambers Maserati of Warwick I was greeted by Mo and his great big smile. I knew exactly what car I wanted by its sporty look but Mo took it to another level with his of Warwick I was greeted by Mo and his great big smile. I knew exactly what car I wanted by its sporty look but Mo took it to another level with his knowledge of the car inside and out. I was sold! From there the buying process was a breeze. This dealership is extremely disappointing. When you buy a high-end vehicle, you expect high-end service, and this is definitely not the case here. The area where you wait while your car is bei When you buy a high-end vehicle, you expect high-end service, and this is definitely not the case here. The area where you wait while your car is being serviced is dirty, used coffee cups on the table, the chairs are ripped, and the overall area is terrible. The smell of fried foods is evident because the sales people are eating at their desks. I had the unfortunate experience to have to use the restroom which was dirty and the room across the hall from the restroom has trash all over the floor and wires just hanging. I am used to a very different experience, it looks like this manager has just given up and could care less what the facility looks like. The herb Chambers administration should definitely do occasional checks on their facilities… Unless, of course, they don’t feel it is worth investing any money. I will trade this car in and go back to Mercedes in Tiverton where the service is excellent More
