Had the car towed to Herb Chambers Cadillac at around 8:30 pm Friday night by Fleming Towing. Called Saturday about 8:30 am and Mike Anagnos already had the trouble identified and was on the track of a replacement part, not regularly stocked. Mike found the part and had the car up and running before the end of the day. The wedding was 5 pm Saturday so Mike had the car washed and cleaned and ready for our pick up on Sunday morning and we headed for home. We are deeply appreciative of the way beyond extra effort that Mike went to on our behalf and certainly recommend Herb Chambers and Mike Anagnos to all. More

When I picked up my car he made sure I felt comfortable with the vehicle and and had programed many of the vehicles great features for me. He was great to work with. The service department has been fabulous to deal with, professional and friendly describe Mike and Paul, not that there has been a lot of problems with the vehicle just a few tweaks that needed to be ironed out. They have been terrific and very prompt at getting the service done. Also accommodating with a car loaner. Always nice when you pick up your vehicle that its been washed and vacuumed and a complimentary bottle of water. The entire staff at this dealership is friendly and helpful, I will definitely be back for my next vehicle from them. More

The service manager, Mike Anagnos had always been someone who was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about the GM products. When my lease was due to end, I did my due diligence and researched my next vehicle until I thought I had covered all bases. Although I thought I had made my final decision, I figured who else better than to further educate me than a GM service manager. I asked Mike if he had a few minutes would he answer a few questions for me and he said sure. Long story short, he spent nearly 40 minutes answering my endless questions and as an expert in the auto industry, pointed out certain things that would never had occurred to me. I ended up purchasing another Herb Chambers vehicle and changed my decision based on Mike's expertise. I am very happy with my decision and believe that Mike saved me from potential "financial headaches" down the road. More
