When I selected my vehicle, Frank took over and after a little work, gave me an offer I couldnt refuse. He said he wanted to keep me in the Cadillac family, and proved it with the numbers he presented me. The next day I met with Lorne the financial wizard, and he had everything done like he promised. The transfer took less than 1 half hour. Ted took me out to my new ATS and got my phone paired, contacts updated, Onstar ready,and even highlighted my manuals with VIP info that I may need. B4 I new it I was driving my new ATS home. These guys really work hard. They made me feel like royalty. They are by far the best dealership I have ever worked with. No pressure, No lies, and Sam even gave me a recipe for his moms italian family recipe. Very pleasant and super FAST experience. More
