I've been getting my BMW 335 serviced at BMW of Sudbury for two years, ever since I purchased it. Hands down, the BEST dealership I've ever worked with. In that time, Will Pauls has been my service Sudbury for two years, ever since I purchased it. Hands down, the BEST dealership I've ever worked with. In that time, Will Pauls has been my service associate. He knows me by name, knows my car inside and out. He knows that I like early morning appointments and that I'm always checking out the new M3s for my next purchase. Somehow he always manages to get me a 3 series loaner. It's service like this that will keep me a BMW of Sudbury customer for a very long time. More
I am currently on my second BMW X5 – a 2006 4.4, which was purchased from Foreign Motors West (prior to it becoming part of Herb Chambers). Now that the car is no longer under warranty, I have a choice o was purchased from Foreign Motors West (prior to it becoming part of Herb Chambers). Now that the car is no longer under warranty, I have a choice of where to have it serviced. I choose to continue to bring it to BMW of Sudbury for one simple reason. The customer service I receive from Will Pauls and the rest of the service team is exceptional. The dealership itself is immaculate and has great amenities, but frankly, it’s the service staff that keeps me coming back. Honesty, integrity, knowledge and attention to detail are all adjectives I use to describe Will and the technicians at BMW of Sudbury. I know that when I bring in my car, I can count on Will to take the same care as he would with his own. He calls when he says he will, explains everything in detail and answers all my questions without hesitation. I would highly recommend the service at BMW of Sudbury and Will Pauls is one of the big reasons why. More
I took my car for servicing last year. Initially there were some issues but later on resolved by their manager.Now I am all satisfied and looking forward again for this dealership.They showed professional were some issues but later on resolved by their manager.Now I am all satisfied and looking forward again for this dealership.They showed professionalism in resolving the issues. I still feel they are better than the customer care of BMW itself. More

Dealership is beautiful. People are extremely friendly and helpful. Mike is very well informed and fair. I have always been pleased with the work done on my cars. They understand that your time is im and helpful. Mike is very well informed and fair. I have always been pleased with the work done on my cars. They understand that your time is important and work hard to make the drop off and pickup of you car as efficient as possible as well as providing an excellent working environment if you stay at the dealership while you car is being looked after. While travelling to the MA area from Buffalo, NY, we fell into one of their infamous potholes resulting in 2 bent rims on my '08 335 ix. It was late on a Friday and we had plans for the entire evening fell into one of their infamous potholes resulting in 2 bent rims on my '08 335 ix. It was late on a Friday and we had plans for the entire evening and the next day as well and the car was barely driveable. We called the dealership and spoke to the service department, explaining our situation. We were told to bring the car in and that we would need to speak to the service manager the next morning. We did exactly that and with a bit of luck because the rim type we needed was in stock (albeit very expensive!!) by 1 PM that Saturday we were back on the road. Thankful for having the replacement rims installed allowing us to continue with the weekend plans I forgot to indicate I was a BMW club member and elligible for a 10% discount (on a $900 bill). By this time we were back home and while looking at their website to to see if they did in fact honor the club member discount, I stumbled on a 10% discount coupon they happened to be offering. A few phone calls resulted in getting 10% put back on my credit card. They really helped us out of a tough situation...thanks! More

I knew exactly what I wanted and at other dealerships I have often had painful experiences after selecting the car and coming to an agreement on price. This time, just like last time, Mike Cerrone made this experience as easy and pain free as possible. He helped the process move along very efficiently and was extremely helpful. I buy and sell many cars and my two experiences with Mike have by far been the best. Thanks for all of your hard work! More
I leased a 335i from the dealership in October. The sales experience was excellent, and both Jason Herndon (my client advisor) and Kosta Pappas (the general manager) were very helpful, responsive, and sales experience was excellent, and both Jason Herndon (my client advisor) and Kosta Pappas (the general manager) were very helpful, responsive, and had great follow through. When I had a check engine light come on recently, I contacted Jason to find out the best way to handle getting an appointment and he offered to find out more info for me. Within a few hours not only did I have an answer on thye problem (a programming recall) but had an appointment that was sooner than I was expecting. I highly recommend Jason, Kosta, and BMW of Sudbury! Terrific experience! More
