BMW Encore visit I was called and told I needed to schedule an Encore appt. to go over my new vehicle with Tony and have car cleaned and fluids topped off. I showed up at 12:30 and after 40 min. I noticed my car had not been touched. I asked a few people and they were checking on it. Then I was told they could not clean my car its too cold out. but I noticed they were cleaning other peoples vehicles. After mentioning it twice they cleaned mine. I never saw anyone named Tony, never went over my car and did not leave there until 2:00. Not happy with BMW Sudbury. It was their day to prove to me why I would go there instead of Shrewsbury BMW and they ignored me and made my daughter and I wait 90 min for a 45 min service. No customer service was given. While waiting we spoke with 2 other people waiting on Encore appts. One was already there 2 hours when we left. Horrible service. Total disregard for customers time. If I had not walked over to check on my vehicle after 40 min, I'm sure I would have been there until 3:00pm. More

Will has been assisting me as a service manager for last few visits and he has been excellent in getting the issues I have had fixed. He was very patient in listening to my concerns and taking notes on them and advising me in the right direction. He was able to convey my concerns very well to shop foreman and getting the issue resolved. He provided me with details of the what the issue was and which part was getting fixed, being a car enthusiast and an engineer, I rely on technical details to be satisfied with work being done. Also, on my last visit I mentioned about high pitch noise from the mirror on driver side (this is a known issue with last generation e90s) and he was able to work with the shop to dampen the noise. The service experience was excellent. I would highly recommend Will. More

He not only g I bought BMW Convertible and had some service need after almost a year. I called up Fahad Arshad who is sales manager in BMW of Sudbury. He not only gave me options on what work needs to be done but also made his colleague from service team call me . Service team personal was superb. He took extra step to talk to people and help me out with my problem. And yes this is called customer service. It is not that i did not try other dealer. In fact Tulley BMW was closest to my house but the service folks there were not someone with whom i would like to work with in future and neither will recommend. They were trying their best to make money and there was no customer service at all. Really weird center. I will never recommend anyone to visit that place. Just close your eyes and visit BMW of Sudbury and talk to Fahad. I assure new/old customer that the assistance they will get @ BMW of sudbury will be the best. These guys are simply superb. I made a good choice by going with Herb Chambers and would always want to go with them for all my car needs!! More
I was visiting my sister from Philly, and my X5 broke down on New Year's Eve! James Crosby, and his associates listed above, treated me, a stranger from a dealership 400 miles away, like family. He arranged a loaner car so that my sister and our sons could pass the time at the Natick Mall, and had the work completed within a few hours. This service associate kept me in the loop regarding the repair progress and had my SUV back on the road by the afternoon to celebrate New Year's Eve. and return home the next day before a large snow storm in Boston! I am so grateful that my sister has such a wonderful, and beautiful, dealership near her home in Wellesley. Given our wonderful service and accommodation, you made a scary situation seamless. And my sister's next car might just be a BMW. She was impressed, as was I. Thank you so much for being the kind of Massachusetts people that I miss down here on the Main Line of Philadelphia. Pranav, I just wanted to take a minute to let you know how pleased I am with BMW Motors in Sudbury thanks to John Gallello. My wife bid on and won a toddler BMW peddle car at the “Hope Sudbury” auction a how pleased I am with BMW Motors in Sudbury thanks to John Gallello. My wife bid on and won a toddler BMW peddle car at the “Hope Sudbury” auction a few weeks ago. It turned out that the car did not work very well for our three year old grandson as he could not reach the peddles. When I tried to adjust the peddles the car no longer worked as it gave this thumping noise when it went along. I noticed that the rods were bent the wrong way and it could not be adjusted to fit our young grand son. I went to your place of business (BMW Motors in Sudbury) and spoke with John and after I explained the problem he took my word for it (as I did not have the car with me) and ordered a new peddle car, with no hassle. Two weeks later he called me and told me that I was right and the new car did have the same problem as the one I had. He said that he would try and fix it and he did. I went in and we swapped peddle cars and the new one works perfectly. My grand son could not be happier. If all your customers are treated as well as I was then I predict that your company will continue to do extremely well. The name of the game is customer service but I am sure you know that. 1000 thank yous for having someone like John Gallello in your employee. My service advisor, Will Pauls, is personable, professional and goes above and beyond. He takes the time to explain all the repairs and answers all my questions thoroughly. We are pretty particular about our vehicles and the work done by the techs continually meets a high standard. They treat the car as if it was their own and I’m always pleased with the quality of the work done. I highly recommend the service department at BMW of Sudbury. More
Went for a recall and everyone was very helpfull and friendly. Will Pauls in particular has gone above and beyond on several occasions to ensure that my service issues were resolved thoroughly, even if that means engaging folks at HQ to help troubleshoot an issue. He has also been very pragmatic in advising on when I need to repair certain items and where I can make tradeoffs. Other dealers push service on every touch point, but Will has been great in making sure a trusting relationship is established first such that I know when he makes a suggestion, it's something I need to do. Will Pauls is friendly, responsive and goes above an beyond to get the best outcome. My BMW X5 diesel is a great vehicle but had a serious emissions systems and electrical problem.
