One of the worst Service Centers I've seen This Service center screwed up my imaculate BMW during a routine service visit. The car was badly scratched, the gearbox was damaged. These people are This Service center screwed up my imaculate BMW during a routine service visit. The car was badly scratched, the gearbox was damaged. These people are the main reason why I am not buying another BMW. These cars are way too complex for these "part changers" to deal with and during the "repair" process they will generally do more harm than good. Escalating the issues with their managers doesn't help. Don't expect BMW of NA Customer Service to help, they are also useless. Goodbye BMW! More

Passing by dealership I had a borrowed car from a friend thought I would be nice and get his oil changed as he mentioned earlier in that day it was due. Planning to sell the car and lease another one later this year. They gave me good options to how to sell the car (as-is) and get better value out of it without spending more money on repairs. My advice to the buyers is to not own these premium cars after the warranty/certification time period is over. It makes sense to rather buy or lease brand new instead (depending on your driving needs). More

My service manager,Chris Hatch, is a super-star: high integrity, unbelievable fast in processing requests and always anticipating any additional potential issues. The support team around him is equally dedicated, making sure things are done right and quickly. In the future, I'll only buy a BMW and I'll only buy it from Sudbury solely on the basis of the quality of the service that I have received for him and the rest of the team for the past 7+ years. More

Who does that? Only a company that is serious about their brand and the customer experience. A few months later, they called me to say my car was pinging them for brake service! I never noticed the indicator, and was amazed when they reached out. But my latest adventure was the best encounter yet. Yesterday morning I lost power steering and electric, barely making it home. Called the dealership, spoke to Al the manager, who gave me the number for roadside assistance, which flat bedded it to Subury. Went with the tow truck driver - dealership had paperwork and loaner car ready to go. Within two hours, I was home. On the way home, All I could think was "There's no place like BMW. There's no place like BMWM" I will only ever purchase BMW's and will always keep my cars under warranty. BMW Sudbury rocks. More
