We had the car towed in late Saturday afternoon, and Robert was there to greet us. We were under a lot of stress, and Robert took care of everything in very quick time. He had the loaner car ready, we just moved our luggage and family members over, and were on our way. He was quick to follow up after the holiday, and walked me through the step by step repairs over the phone so that I can make an informed decision. I really appreciated his endless patience and help. I would absolutely recommend working with Robert. Without him, I think our weekend would have been a disaster. More
My previous advisor was great, this guy is lier I gave 5 starts to this dealership until this guy.....loaner cars not kept for appointments (I took day off work and wasn't able to leave my car for s I gave 5 starts to this dealership until this guy.....loaner cars not kept for appointments (I took day off work and wasn't able to leave my car for service), they scratched my car twice, and failed to fix it as well. Almir is a horrible advisor, instead of admitting and apologizing, he just lies his azz off over and over and over again....whats wrong with you? hope you get fired, the dealership will be better without you! I would give 4-5 starts to the dealership and 0 to this particular advisor More

Wow!!! Very impressed. Ken Meltzer was outstanding! I bought my BMW at a different dealership, but when I needed service, after visiting Shrewsbury BMW, I came to Sudbury instead. I was absolutely blow I bought my BMW at a different dealership, but when I needed service, after visiting Shrewsbury BMW, I came to Sudbury instead. I was absolutely blown away by this dealership. Most of all, service was absolutely outstanding. Ken Meltzer, was my service manager. He is a straight shooter, very knowledgeable, attentive and personable. Because of him I couldn't have felt any better after leaving the dealership with my AC condenser replaced (job neither small nor simple). The car not only was repaired, and at a very competitive price point, but it also came out spotless. The fact that it was cleaned on the outside was great, but when I lifted the hood, the engine was cleaned too!!! That's something that I did not expect and never seen done at the other dealership that used in the past. I was very, very impressed. Facilities at the dealership and efficiency of the entire process far exceeded my expectations. Don't waste your time elsewhere, this is a great place. More

Shortly after I arr I recently dropped off my 2015 BMW328 Xi for a spring service check-up based on a dealer promotion offer I had received on-line. Shortly after I arrived Bill came by to discuss the work and asked what service I wanted performed. He pointed out the offer I had selected would not only not do what I wanted but also that I didn't need based on the vehicle service records. He then arranged for the services I wanted to be performed under my service contract at no charge. I also had a number of questions not related to that day's service which he patiently and professionally addressed. That day's work uncovered that my rear tires were worn so he arranged for a follow up appointment a couple days later. I found Bill to be very knowledgeable, a great communicator, and well-organized all making for a favorable customer service experience. Bill is a real pro and a great representative of BMW of Sudbury. More

Bill Kramer called me the next morning before I had an opportunity to call him. Not only did he patiently debug the problem, but he found and fixed a few other things that needed work. He communicated often and well with me, giving me choices and recommending some approaches to reduce costs. The car was ready, nice and clean, when promised. Bill is a true professional, and you can't do better for BMW service. More
