Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have spoken with my service director in hopes of finding out what happened. Sometimes when a windshield and/or wipers are dirty, excess dirt from the roads that hit your windshield while it's raining tend to build up and that is what creates the noise you were hearing. My team was able to take your car back in and wash both your windshield and wipers with special metal wool. That should have taken care of the noise.
