I had a great experience bringing in my 2021 X5 for its first service (free). While waiting in the service area, I received a video report of the vehicle's inspection. I would also add a special five-star rating for William who had helped me even prior to bringing the car in to figure out the cause of some salt deposits getting into the engine bay.
