Considering the High Quality of Service on my First Visit I was Confident That This Time Around I’d Enjoy That Sane Level of Satisfaction ! True to Form My SUV was COMPLETELY Fixed Well Within a Reasonable Amount of Time and at a Fair Price ! Three Aspects of the Service Compelled me to Rate the Service and the People I Interacted With at the Highest Levels … 1). The Courteous, and Amicable Nature of the Service Administrator / Manager (Mackenzie Ditomass)) ! She Greeted me a Smile Which Immediately set a Relaxing Tone ! As She Went About Processing the “Paper Work” and Other Related Matters I was Struck by the Efficiency and Competence She Demonstrated ! 2). The Highly Skilled and HiTech Approach to Diagnosing and Solving my Multiple car Issues by the Technician (Robert Gustafson) ! I’d Like to Emphasize That not Only did he Render my SUV at its’ Maximum Utility but Perhaps More Importantly He Assured That the SUV was in Safe Driving Order !! All of That Done in a Timely Manner and Done “RIGHT” !! 3). Picking up my BMW ! As Soon as my X1 was Ready I was Immediately Contacted ! The Point Here is That There was no Unnecessary Delay / Waiting to get my car Back ! When I Arrived all Paperwork was Completed and in a Very few Minutes I Signed, Payed and Was on my way ! Throughout I was Asked if I had any Questions ! Many Were Answered !! Indeed “Excellence Persisted” at Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury !! Thrust More

I brought our 2018 BMW X2 in for a software update, and the mechanics found a bubble in the Front Right tire sidewall, along with two damaged (one bent, one cracked) wheels. The Wheel & Tire package I purc the mechanics found a bubble in the Front Right tire sidewall, along with two damaged (one bent, one cracked) wheels. The Wheel & Tire package I purchased covered the tire and one replacement wheel. The other wheel was straightened out and reused. The car was there much longer than we all anticipated, but the SA, Bill Kramer, was great and kept me up to date on what was happening. I offered to turn in the loaner car as I was going away for six days, and the car was later delivered directly to my home (about a 25 minute drive), all cleaned up and repaired. I really like the effort that Bill and the other reps at Herb Chambers make you keep me informed of what’s going on. As always, very happy with the service and level of professionalism at Sudbury BMW! Thank you! More
Appears to be a disconnect, between when BMW advises spark plugs to be changed, and when the dealer thinks they should be changed. I don’t believe a change is needed at 46K spark plugs to be changed, and when the dealer thinks they should be changed. I don’t believe a change is needed at 46K More

Had a bad service experience that kept me waiting unknowingly for a state inspection sticker that took over an hour. I was not kept informed and just waited and waited.
