Another unsatisfactory customer service experience @BMWSudbury.We came in for an oil change, and Mackenzie told us it would be 1.5 hours. My wife had to find MacKenzie two hours later, who informed us @BMWSudbury.We came in for an oil change, and Mackenzie told us it would be 1.5 hours. My wife had to find MacKenzie two hours later, who informed us that the oil change had just started! She explained that a required part was missing, was not in stock, and we would need to schedule a follow-up appointment. MacKenzie did a terrible job managing our expectations. We were in the waiting room for two hours and observed Mackenzie interacting with 2-3 customers (including us), so this was not a case of her being too busy. More
