I recently l purchased a certified preowned BMW X2 from Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury and unfortunately when I brought car in for a standard service check, the front and rear brakes appeared to be failing a Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury and unfortunately when I brought car in for a standard service check, the front and rear brakes appeared to be failing and required replacement. It was explained to me that at the time of purchase, the vehicle did pass the CPO safety check and unfortunately the brakes had significant wear between purchase date and the service appointment. Since I had reported the brakes grinding when I test drove the vehicle and even after purchasing it, the service team worked with me on finding the best possible solution for all parties. It just happened to be one of those things that when a car is sitting around for a while the rotors get a little rust on them and sometimes they do squeal or grind until that rust wears off so I can't blame them. Ethan Blout led charge and together with Robert Cohoon and Jamie Chisholm and came up with a solution and after getting me to agree with it, they presented it to the general manager Pranav Gill who gave full approval. Don't get me wrong the situation I was in wasn't by any stretch of the imagination a place I thought I would be in with a recently purchased vehicle, however it passed certified preowned inspection and NH state inspection, which are both tough inspections. It just was one of those things that happens in life BUT the level of service and the extent that these individuals went to ensure my satisfaction as a customer, is second to none and if anybody ever asks me where is a good place to purchase or service a BMW, Sudbury BMW will be the only dealership name I say. Service A+, Customer Service A+, Customer advocate A+, Workmanship A+, Price A+ and respect for customer A+.
