I’m so pleased with the entire process. Service representative to mechanic was awesome. Tim ( my representative) walked me through every step and made everything very clear and easy. They were very accommodating and gave me a beautiful BMW loaner free of charge while my service was being done. Doug ( my BMW mechanic ) really impressed me with the video he sent me literally of my entire car and all of all the things he checked and went over during my diagnostic was being done to figure out the problem with my car. Doug also did an incredible and impressively quick job and my car is running like new. ( they even cleaned my car inside and out ). I will recommend Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury to anyone….. More
