Call Service and spoke to Almir re RTA and 3G with my 2016 BMW 750 he said that the software update would not enable RTA, I spoke to BMW GENIUS support and they said it would work, contacted Almir again, 2016 BMW 750 he said that the software update would not enable RTA, I spoke to BMW GENIUS support and they said it would work, contacted Almir again, he followed it up with his area manager and found the update would enable RTA on my car. I now have RTA again and I'm very happy. More

I had a few questions about the workings of my 3401X manual transmission. Pedro went out of his way to explain some technical details and then took a test drive to demonstrate the issues until I was a much more knowledgeable driver. Brian Frye was previously that kind of contact. Nick sullivan just hasn't had a chance and I haven't had a need for that kind of help. But Pedro has great potential as an employee: he listens, takes responsibility and action to deal with the customer's issue. Give him a raise ! If i did not already have a similar relationship with John Dibitetto I would purchase a car from Pedro. There it is, RELATIONSHIPS. feeling listened to, heard, valued. Nick was very courteous and professional. Answered all my questions and took care of all service needs. Nick told me I needed new rear tires. This has been ongoing discussion with the BMW of Sudbury. This car is 4 years old, but driven only 17,000 miles. I never understand why the tires are wearing out so fast. Either BMW, tire manufacturer or dealership won't take a responsibility of premature wear. I like this dealership and service advisors, but I am still not happy about the tire situation. I am hoping to get some kind of discounts on new tires in the near future considering the premature wear for the mileage driven. More
