On August 18, 2022, I experienced the first yr. maintenance service for our new BMW 3X. The client experience is interactive with its text notices as well as with the advisor on the telephone. Also I had 1/2 hour with the “Genesis” Dipesh Patel who was patient to teach me how to use the assist parking. I would highly recommend the Herb Chambers dealership in Boston area. Customer service was professional and made the process of getting car maintenance very convenient with the loaner car. More

My BMW X5 was in for routine service today which was easily handled by Bill and the Sudbury Team. I had a discussion with Bill (Service) and John (Parts) about an issue related to a poorly fitting Cargo easily handled by Bill and the Sudbury Team. I had a discussion with Bill (Service) and John (Parts) about an issue related to a poorly fitting Cargo mat that has started to curl up and is beginning to catch in the Tailgate. Both men listened to my concerns. I had a receipt for the mat and John is able to correct the issue. Thank you !! More
