Travis assigned for Service at 7am, Travis no shows and they don’t know how to assign someone else. I had to ask twice for someone to check me in simple oil change. Said shuttle service is Lyft, said 9 m they don’t know how to assign someone else. I had to ask twice for someone to check me in simple oil change. Said shuttle service is Lyft, said 9 minutes and 18 minutes later car shows, net 40 min to drop off a car no sense of urgency to get customers checked in. Pickup and no Travis to say sorry for being late, get check out go outside and we will bring your car around. Have to ask twice aid they guy coming after 10 min they go in and ask for keys as I can see my car in garage and drive it out myself. Nice older lady is only one seemed concerned they left me hanging and Travis sends me this survey. Service I hope was done, customer service was a 1 out of 5. More

In March 2017 I purchased a new X3 SUV at BMW of Sudbury. I have returned there for every service interval. The Service Department personnel I have dealt with have uniformly been excellent, responsive, and I have returned there for every service interval. The Service Department personnel I have dealt with have uniformly been excellent, responsive, and well-informed. Their pricing is very reasonable given that we’re talking about a luxury vehicle. More
