Service experience lacked attention to customer experience and attitude was not helpful. Had oil change, brake fluid and rear brake pads replaced but the delays and challenges with payments/website experience and attitude was not helpful. I wish I could give zero stars. This dealership is terrible. Between Robert and the service manager Al there really aren’t 2 people in the world you could trust any less. This dealership and service makes me wish I never bought a BMW and I will never buy another one again. I told them I bought a new car so I wouldn’t have to be at the dealership every other week to get the same thing fixed and I was laughed at. BMW pays them to waste your time. Anytime you drop a car off and get a rental, or warranty work etc, it’s all paid for by corporate. They get kickback on everything they do that wastes your time. I’ve been here over 5 times for the same issue and not once did they escalate the issue to bmw corporate to get assistance. Once I called BMW North America MYSELF to file a claim with this dealership I was told the dealership should’ve called them after the 2nd attempt to fix the same issue. But Sudbury BMW will make more money off wasting my time going back again and again for the same issue. The dealership puts in MINIMAL effort. They put more into trying to buy your used car rather than keep you happy in the car you are already in. This place makes me regret buying a BMW. The car is trash quality. Sounds like it’s falling apart. BMW as a whole treats customers like trash once you drive off the lot. I should’ve bought a Toyota instead. More
