Y’all lied repeatedly. I called the bmw rep myself cause y’all wouldn’t even though BMW corporate told me y’all were should’ve called them when you couldn’t fix the issue the first 3 times. I was told by Pranav Gill and Al in service that I had to call myself which isn’t how it works. MORE LIES! Anyone reading this looking to buy a BMW just go ANYWHERE ELSE -‘s you’ll be much happier. This clown Pranav really tried to say they did their job. These people are terrible. Go anywhere else but here!

I get more emails about yall trying to buy my car or deals on oil changes than anyone trying to help fix my actual car. I really hate owning a BMW.
