BMW Sudbury is a great location and everyone is very friendly. They have a bunch of cars on hand. Michael Chen in the service department was very transparent on pricing and effects of repairs. Technicians & service dept is very qualified and is the strong part of the dealership. The sales department is too young and is not well qualified! The business dept is the absolutely the weakest of all de strong part of the dealership. The sales department is too young and is not well qualified! The business dept is the absolutely the weakest of all departments. And the procedures they follow are disjointed and hard to follow. The business manager works off his computer screen while the buyer is in the dark about what is next!? My conclusion is there’s a lack of leadership in this dealership. More
