Called me and cancelled appt. And asked me to reschedule. I did and the guy didn’t actually book it causing confusion. Waited 3 hours for an oil change when was told 60-90 mins. Looked out the window and saw my car just sitting there. Apparently it had been done for awhile but nobody bothered to tell me. Cost was outrageous. People not very friendly. Overall, very bad experience and won’t use this dealer again. More

Had my car towed to BMW of Sudbury because it wouldn't go in drive. BMW didn't bother to call me because they hadn't realized that the car had arrived and hadn't looked at it. Told me they might get to it 4 in drive. BMW didn't bother to call me because they hadn't realized that the car had arrived and hadn't looked at it. Told me they might get to it 4 days later. They did look at the next day though and quoted over $1000 for what should be a warranty issue. I approved the work, but next Wednesday they still hadn't started on it. No loaner cars, and they stopped answering their phones. I think this is by far the worst dealer experience we've had across Lexus, BMW, Honda and Toyota. More

I had to wait for 37 min even with an appointment to drop off my car and talk to some one. Same during pick up. Had to call multiple times and wait for another 30 min. Disappointed and frustrated.
