I would have given 5 stars but I waited 35 minutes before the service advisor even spoke to me. There was a lot of confusion at check in / out. I was on time for my 8am oil change appointment which I was wai the service advisor even spoke to me. There was a lot of confusion at check in / out. I was on time for my 8am oil change appointment which I was waiting for (vs a loaner car). I wasn't warned that the dealership was under construction. The noise level was not even close to being tolerable, I don't know how the employees function in this environment, constant drilling into metal walls. Had I known, I would have delayed my appointment. My service advisor did his best to move my service along as quick as he could. More

We are always not happy to take our car there for service but this time we want to get our oil service done and we went there with hesitation as we a We are always not happy to take our car there for service but this time we want to get our oil service done and we went there with hesitation as we always get other issues when we go for any service. My car is only 10 years old X3 which was perfectly running well after we brought the car home it started to show so many issues after oil change. We called the dealership and they asked to bring and next day they called to say a list of things to be fixed in which one of the repair was just done in another dealership. When we told them it was just fixed then they said maybe they did not wipe it properly so our service people thought its not working. They gave a bill for diagonosing which we did not take it there for. We ended up paying that fees and brought home our car without fixing anything. So this place will make you to comeback by creating other issues. More
