I have been a loyal customer at BMW Sudbury for over 15 years. My main service advisor has been Robert Cohoon and more recently Jeremy Joseph has stepped in to oversee the service on my X3. Both Robert and Jeremy did a fantastic job updating me on the status of my car, what needed fixing, associated costs, and when the work would be completed. I give both guys five stars.
