Brought my car here 6 times for the same issues and this place did nothing but waste my time. Lied about fixing the issues everytime but they don’t care cause they get paid by BMW NA. If you have am issue u place did nothing but waste my time. Lied about fixing the issues everytime but they don’t care cause they get paid by BMW NA. If you have am issue under warrenty this place will milk it and have no issue with wasting your time to make money. The service manager Al is untrustworthy. You notice all the reviews are happy customers but that’s cause they just bought a car. Once you need an issue fixed that’s when the regret of buying a BMW starts. This dealership loves to take your car and just collect money from BMW warrenty and do the absolute minimum for you. Also can’t forget the service advisor Robert and the mechanic laughing at me when I said I bought a new car so I wouldn’t have to be at the dealership all the time getting things fixed. I guess the joke is on me for buying a new BMW. More
