I purchased my 2018 BMW 750i Xdrive from Herb Chambers Boston dealership. I wasn’t very happy with Boston dealer’s service and I started going to Sudbury dealership. I wanted change my vehicle and decided Boston dealership. I wasn’t very happy with Boston dealer’s service and I started going to Sudbury dealership. I wanted change my vehicle and decided to purchase a used 2020 540i xdrive from this location. From their website I did request a trade in value for my vehicle. My car is in excellent condition, but their website gave me the Fair market value for $49K for my vehicle. I also got a quote from Herb Chambers’ Boston location, I got $52K for my vehicle. I clearly talked to the person who called me that I don’t want to get a low ball offer when I go to their dealership. She said I can bring my car and there won’t be a much difference. I was prepared, printed both estimates from both Herb Chambers dealers’ website. When I wet there they said they will pay $34K for my car. $15K less than the estimate they gave me. I waited there more than half an hour and the sales manager came with an excuse that my car is 750XI and the estimate was for Alpina B7 model. I told him that how that could be possible, I entered the VIN number and this car was originally registered with Herb Chamber’s dealership. He couldn’t give an answer. He said he’ll need to spend more than $10K for my car to sell at their dealership. It was the biggest lie. Because I always serviced my vehicle at Herb Chambers dealers and even the recent service video clearly says that my vehicle is in great shape and I don’t need to do anything until the next service which is 5 months later. I drove from Newton to Sudbury for nothing. Clearly they bait you with the online trade in value and they give a lowball value when you go there and try to trick you. The sales manager even told me that he can give me that $49K trade in value if I buy brand new 7 series which is more than $120K because they make a lot of money on those vehicles. I was in shock. I sent a complaint email to Herb Chambers’ headquarters and they didn’t even care and didn’t even reply me back. We have 3 cars in our household right now and purchased our last 8 cars in 9 years from Herb Chambers but we will never ever again do business with Herb Chambers anymore. More

Went in to service my car. I was loyal to Herb Chambers Sudbury because I have brought 2 BMW’s to date from this dealership. I inquired about trading in my current car to upgrade. The sales person never called me and then when I called he was too busy to help me. The sales department has really gone downhill with their service and salesmanship. My visit was very disappointing and I will not be doing business with this dealership again. I traveled to Sudbury even though I live in Shrewsbury, Ma and I have a BMW dealership 5 minutes from my house. The salesman non-response is concerning and disappointing because I really wanted to give this dealership my business. The service department remains professional and Stephanie & Jeremy were great.
